About Us

Young’s Auto Body has been family-owned and operated in West Chester for over 35 years, and is now enjoying the participation of its 3rd generation of the Young family in the automotive repair business. From our modest beginnings as a one-man, 750 sq. two-bay repair shop, we have grown to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility with 11 employees and 20 bays. We are now repairing over 1000 vehicles per year.

We currently employ a receptionist, bookkeeper, 2-licensed appraisers, 4 body technicians, 2 painters, 1 painters helper and a detailer. Our employees have been involved in training programs through I-CAR, ASA, Sikkens, Sherwin Williams, Hunter Alignment Systems, Volvo, Ford and Acura.

Along with our latest expansion project, a 3000 sq. ft. heavy Chester County collision center, we will be looking to add three additional people to our work force. These changes will not only increase the number of vehicles repaired per week but will greatly reduce the cycle times of each vehicle.

Over the years it became necessary to make large capital investments in equipment and expenditures to meet environmental regulations but with the use of modern repair equipment and innovative production systems we are able to increase sales while staying competitively priced.

The latest repair techniques and an efficient shop layout allows us to produce a consistent high level of quality throughout the repair process on all types of damaged vehicles; from small dents to major collision damage. All aspects of the collision repair process are performed in-house by our trained experienced technicians, including mechanical and suspension parts replacement, bumper repair and replacement, wheel alignment, airbag systems and glass replacement. These combined factors have kept Young’s Auto Body in the fore-front of the collision repair industry while maintaining the same high quality repairs and superior level of customer satisfaction that our customers have come to know for the past 35 years.
